A wholesale process built on no surprises.
Most disputes in this trade come from vague descriptions and moving prices. We fix that with published grading, written quotes that hold, and an inspection report on every batch before it leaves our facility.
From first enquiry to delivered pallet
Typically five to eight working days end to end for stock lines, depending on your location and freight choice.
Account verification
Send your company registration number, VAT number and trading address. We check the details against public registers and open your account, usually within one working day.
Quote & allocation
Pick lines from the catalogue or send us a part list. We confirm real availability, grade mix and a landed price to your delivery country. Quotes are valid for 72 hours.
Inspection & report
Before dispatch, the batch is counted, function-tested and photographed. You receive an inspection report with grade breakdown, IMEI or lot codes, and diagnostic exports.
Payment & dispatch
Pay by SEPA or wire against the proforma invoice. On clearing, goods are palletised, insured and dispatched from Rīga with full tracking and customs paperwork.
Documentation, not promises
Everything you need to resell with confidence, and to defend the sale if a customer questions it later.
Batch inspection report
Unit counts, grade breakdown, cosmetic notes and functional test results for the specific batch you are buying — not a generic template.
Traceability documents
Lot and date codes for components, certificates of conformity where applicable, and IMEI or serial listings for devices.
Data erasure certificates
All storage-bearing devices are wiped to NIST 800-88 standard with a certificate issued per batch.
Freight & customs paperwork
Commercial invoice, packing list, and export documentation for non-EU destinations. Tracking from collection to delivery.
Written warranty terms
Refurbished enterprise hardware carries a 12-month warranty. Graded consumer devices carry defined DOA cover — the terms are in writing before you pay.
Repeat-order pricing
Once you have a trading history we hold indicative pricing between orders so you can quote your own customers with confidence.
Need something we don't list?
The catalogue shows what we hold right now. A large share of what we move never appears on the site at all — it is sourced to order against a specific customer requirement.
Send us the manufacturer part number, model, quantity and target price. We work our supplier network across Europe, the Middle East and Asia and come back with options, usually inside one working day.
Submit a sourcing requestAllocated & hard-to-find components
Long-lead semiconductors, obsolete parts and end-of-life lines through verified surplus channels with incoming inspection.
Large-volume device programmes
Container-scale handset and tablet programmes with agreed grade mixes and a rolling monthly allocation.
Datacentre decommissions
We buy and resell full decommissions. If you are disposing of hardware rather than buying it, we quote on that too.
Trading with us
Usually one working day. We check your company registration and VAT number against public registers. If your business is newly registered or based outside the EU we may ask for additional documentation, which can add a day or two.
72 hours. Wholesale electronics pricing genuinely does move that fast, particularly on memory and current-generation handsets. Within that window the price we quoted is the price you pay.
Yes, once your account is open. Mixed pallets are quoted individually because packing and handling differ, but combining lines is usually cheaper than separate shipments.
New accounts trade on prepayment. After a consistent trading history we will consider terms, assessed case by case against order volume and credit checks.
Raise it within the inspection window set out in our return policy and we resolve it — replacement, credit or refund. Because every batch ships with a documented inspection report, discrepancies are straightforward to establish.
Yes, by appointment at our Rīga premises. Buyers placing larger orders are welcome to inspect stock in person or send a third-party inspector.
